KINSHIP and FOSTER CARERS- APPLICATIONS FOR INTERNAL REVIEW AND SACAT APPLICATIONS FOR REVIEW OF A DECISION MADE BY THE DEPARTMENT FOR CHILD PROTECTION Ursula provides representation to people appointed to care for children in State care, and who are experiencing difficulties in their relationship with the Department for Child Protection (DCP) or who are having a legal dispute with DCP. Ursula will be able to advise you about the prospect of you being able to successfully apply for an internal review of a decision made by DCP and to apply for review of any unfavourable decision at the South Australian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (SACAT). She can conduct these applications and provide empathetic legal advice and proactive legal representation to ensure you achieve the very best result possible. PROHIBITION FROM WORKING WITH CHILDREN, AND OTHER CANCELLATIONS OF CLEARANCES I have had many years of experience responding to Notices of Intention to prohibit Working With Children Check to cancel other clearances, not to mention making submissions in response to prohibitions and cancellations of these clearances. I've also had a high success rate. It is vital that you receive specialised representation to ensure you can preserve these clearances and in turn, your ability to continue employment in the areas that require such clearances and if you wish to volunteer or help at school events and excursions, to ensure you can do so unhindered.
